| The City of Espanola Public Transit System has been in operation since November 1999 and provides curb-to-curb demand-response service to the City's corporate limits and outlying communities of San Juan Pueblo, Hernandez, El Guache, San Pedro, La Mesilla, Sombrillo, and Santa Clara Pueblo. The system uses wheelchair accessible vans; however, riders need to provide a minimum of one day's notice. In addition to providing service to the general public, the system provides transportation assistance to various community service organizations in the region, such as the Hoy Recovery Program, R-Way Developmental Disabilities Program, Audantes Recovery Program, and Amistad de Nuevo Mexico. | Contact: | Espanola Transit |
